A seated woman plays a hurdy-gurdy in a somewhat unwieldy manner. Another woman stands beside her holding out one hand and holding a triangle at her side in the other hand. The triangle is unique in that one open end is shaped into a half-circle, which is then used to hang the triangle beater. In the lower border, a poem is written in both French and German. "La musique touchante" and "Die rührende Musik".
