Description

Four Black female dancers in Jamaican peasant attire dancing in an outdoor setting; behind them are many spectators; to the right of the scene is a white man in British military uniform standing next to a band of musicians in similar uniform; instruments visible include drums, natural trumpet, and a larger brass instrument (possibly serpent); background includes hills and three village houses.
