Artist Stephen Longstreet is perhaps better known as an author but he was also active as an artist. The University of Chicago Library owns many of his artworks at their Special Collections Research Center (http://www.lib.uchicago.edu/e/spcl/select.html) and also refers patrons to Longstreet materials at the Oakland Museum, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Yale University, the Mugar Memorial Library of Boston University, the Library of Congress, and the Smithsonian Institution.
