From museum website:
Obverse: pastoral scene of two children playing and singing for five older figures, stylized floral border, narrow gold band edging. Reverse: man and woman picking fruit, stylized floral border. Ivory sticks decorated with gold and mother-of-pearl medallions and silver piqué work. Mother-of-pearl at base of guards, diamond paste studs in rivet.
