Seen in this 'vanitas' painting are a small harp, violin, and two plucked instruments (probably mandole or mandola (5 courses) and lute (only back visible)). An open music score is also visible (notation legible). Description from museum website: Baschenis, who was a priest as well as an artist, was one of the first to specialize in still lifes featuring musical instruments. His choice of subject was undoubtedly influenced by the fine lutes and violins crafted in the towns surrounding his native Bergamo, in Lombardy.
