Created from a patchwork of tapestry fragments, probably all cut from a single tapestry, the current item includes a central scene with animals, four persons, and three musical instruments (bagpipe and two small duct flutes, possibly recorders), with a distant landscape in the background, and everything framed by elaborate horticultural borders.
