A corpulent Bacchus is seated on a cart drawn by an exhausted horse behind an orgiastic crowd of naked, drunken satyrs, maenads, and revelers. Some of the people are carrying baskets or urns of grapes. In the center of the crowd, there are musicians playing a flute and a trumpet. A round temple with a dome is on the right, and the altar and statue are visible in the center between the columns. A castle on a hill appears in the background.
