Description
Incomplete gypsum wall panel relief. Above: Assyrian royal chariot and attendants, two Elamite ambassadors who hold up copies of insulting messages delivered before the battle of Til-Tuba (Battle of the River Ulai). Below: Elamite city of Madaktu; Elamites celebrate with music on harps, while debris from the battle of Til-Tuba floats past; inscription.
