A rotund man with a double chin is seen in profile turned to the left, posing with his right leg and arm outstretched and leaning on a walking stick in his left hand. He is wearing ornate clothing and an exaggeratedly long powdered wig with his hat under his left arm. In the background at the left are two figures, and is a figure seen from behind at the edge of a building on the right. The title appears at the top of the illustration, and a caption is below it. This is followed by three stanzas of Dutch verse. The text and image are surrounded by a decorative border.
