Description
Johann Georg Albrechtsberger (1736–1809) was an Austrian musician and composer, active as organist to the court of Vienna, and the Kapellmeister of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Famous as music theorist, he was teacher of a large number of eminent musicians. The portrait was published by Breitkopf & Härtel in Leipzig.
