Description

Poster with political agenda (against the increasing influence of pro-Fascist press in Mexico), showing a "gachupín," (a snide term for Spanish-born immigrants to Latin America) who blows a horn decorated with the names of pro-Franco newspapers. The horn’s bell ends in the head of Miguel Ordorica Castillo, a newspaper editor, who bellows only lies. The image is variously attributed to José Chávez Morado or Isidoro Ocampo.
