Cover artwork for a 1927 Brazilian adaptation of Walter Donaldson and Gus Kahn's 1925 song "Yes sir that's my baby". Both Donaldson and Kahn's last names are given in the upper-right corner, but the manner of presentation used for the cover results in them appearing as "Kahn Donaldson". Both the English and Portuguese versions of the title are provided. The cover features several cropped photos of the performer Henrique Chaves in various outfits, some of which include instruments.
