Description
Photo of the three oboists in the Sousa Band during 1923 and 1924: Anton N. Maly (1921-26), George A. Abneel (1920-24), and Paul Oscar Gerhardt (1915, 1920-26 and radio 1931). The members are posed in uniform with their instruments in front of an unidentified gazebo. Each man and their years of activity in the band is labeled below in the margins of the photograph, with the approximate year of the image written at the top.
