Description

Festival/procession scene (ommegang) with ca. 400 figures, including 15 musicians. Two soldiers, one playing kettle drums, one playing coiled trumpet; three bourgeois playing frame drum, bass viol, and an unclear, end-blown wind instrument; four females, one playing lute and singing, one playing bass viol and singing, one holding music and singing, and one playing transverse flute; one male playing violin and singing; and five male actors, two as angels playing straight trumpets, and three as triton, playing end-blown, curved conical horns
