Henry IV in a triumph chariot surrounded by a winged figure (who is holding the laurel wreath above his head) and a large group of soldiers, among them in front of the chariot are four playing musical instruments: a long fanfare trumpet, a s-form trumpet, a very long aerophonic instrument (probably a misconceived bombarde), and a lyre.
