Description
A feast scene with Apollo and the muses making music in the upper right hand corner. Four of the muses are playing instruments. The other five are singing. In the foreground there are many children playing. Behind them is the feast table, where the wedding party of Thétis and Pélée sit. Apollo is either playing a violin or a fiddle.
