Description

An aristocratic lady dressed in a pink gown plays the harpsichord as accompaniment for a male violinist, who stands facing the woman across the crook of the harpsichord. Each reads from their own bound volume of sheet music. The room is richly decorated with a large mirror over a fireplace and a wide blue velvet stool. A cello rests on the floor behind the harpsichord, partially hidden from view.
