Three putti on a medallion playing instruments: kettle drum, coiled horn and tambourine; surrounding the medallion are a flute, a shawm or piffaro (?) (only end visible), a lyre (six strings), a clarinet(?), a violin with bow (back view), a harp (only upper part visible), a guitar, a hunting horn(?), and an open music book (music and lyrics legible).
