Description
Portrait of a family, composed of fifteen members. Three types of musical instruments are present: a harp (fifteen strings), a theorbo, a lute held by a man on the right and a lute lying on the table. A young woman is holding music (legible). According to the Metropolitan Museum website "The three figures at the lower right are by Girolamo Forni: the other figures were added later, possibly in the early 17th century."
