Description

A festival or parade-like scene in the street or town square of Antwerp. There are floats and other attractions. The scene is filled with people and animals. In the background people can be seen watching the activity from balconies and windows. Two male actors as angels on a float play straight trumpets, a male and a female actor on a float play bowed, necked-box lutes, two female actors are singing, a female actor is playing a conical wind instrument, a female and male are playing transverse flutes, a female is playing a guitar or lute, another female is playing bass viola da gamba, a male soldier or actor is playing snare drum with two drumsticks, and a male street musician is playing the bagpipe.
