Description
Trees of coins are among the most interesting funerary objects from the end of the Han period; they consist of a terracotta or stone base, decorated with scenes of daily life and protective god, and various levels of very thin bronze branches, filled with coins, animal cutouts, and mythical characters. On both sides of the present base, a kneeling man is listening to a qin player.
