Description

Side A: In the center of the composition, Hercules fights the lion of Nemea; behind him, Athena with Attic helmet and lance in her left hand. In front of Hercules, Iolaus is bearded and holding a sword and a club; a female figure in peplos completes the scene.
Side B: Group of five gods: in the centre, Apollo (in profile) playing the kithara; in front of him, Artemis and Hermes; behind him, Poseidon and Amphitrite.
