Description

A musical company around a table: to the left a woman seated on a chair and looking at the viewer is playing a lute; opposite to her a man with a feathered hat is playing a six-string viola da gamba, looking at the table where another man is pointing with a stick to one of the opened music books. The other book with music is held by a young boy who is singing out of it. Another man appears on the left behind the woman, and appears to be delighted by the music the others are making.
