Description
In a Renaissance church interior, six figures are clustered in the foreground near the corpse. One blesses the body; three (and possibly the fourth) sing. The singer on the left holds his right hand aloft as if beating time, another holds a book, and the figure behind him looks over his shoulder as if trying to read the music.
