Description

God the Father, Christ bearing his cross, and a dove representing the Holy Spirit, crowning Mary, are depicted amid a crowd of halo-bearing faces (angels), two of which play instruments. Left: one plays a vielle with a lute-like bridge. Only the base of the body of the instrument is visible. Right: another angel plays a lute; only the body of the instrument is visible.
