Description

On the front and rear, a bust of a woman is flanked by centaurs carrying women on their backs. Under the centaurs, instruments rest on the ground: at left, a syrinx with five pipes; at right, a lyre with three strings. On the lid, a syrinx (seven pipes) lies on the ground beside a putto.
