A seated shepherd plays a small conical wind instrument while his dog dances on its hind legs. Designed by Jean Baptiste Huet, French, 1745–1811, after illustrations by Charles Naudet, French, c. 1773–1810. Produced by Oberkampf Manufactory, 1738–1815, France, Jouy-en-Josas.
