Description
This painting depicts the theme of music and includes a classical portrait medallion, guitar, recorder, mask, miniature violin, butterfly, various drawings and prints, sheet music and the frontispiece to the 'Kreutzer Sonata'. One of a set of seven painted for the architect Denis Martineau.
