Description

At the top are three angels under a dove with rays of light coming from it. The angel in the center plays a hammer dulcimer, the angel on the left holds a violin and the angel on the right plays a lute. In the most prominent part of the window is Johannes Brahms, shown standing and holding a scroll. The inscription around Brahms reads, "My heart trusted in him & I am helped therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth & with my song will I praise him." There is a figure holding a violin on the left under the inscription "concord" and a figure playing a lute on the right under the inscription "unison." The inscription at the top reads, "Sing unto the Lord o ye saints of his & give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness." The bottom of the window bears the inscriptions "Johannes Brahms 1833-1897" and "To the glory of God and in loving memory of Harold Rhys Lloyd 1879-1959." The border of the window contains images of a violin and a lyre.
